Aaron Sahle is a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in both Family Practice and Mental Health. He completed his FNP trainings at UT Health Houston Cizik School of Nursing and subsequently pursued post-master's certifications in Emergency and Trauma Medicine and, most recently, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from Frontier Nursing University. His diverse background includes experience in ER/Trauma, Pediatrics, Geriatrics, and insurance managed care. Aaron's approach to care is progressive and patient-centered, with a passion for providing comprehensive support to individuals struggling with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, and Addiction. He also has special focus on managing polypharmacy and creating unique, individualized treatment plans. He is an LGBTQIA+ registered provider. Aaron believes that mental wellness is an integral part of overall health and is committed to helping his patients achieve their full potential. His commitment to staying up-to-date wit the latest research and treatment modalities ensures that his patients receive the most effective and cutting-edge care available.

Kimberli Garcia is an experienced and certified TMS Technician with over 5 years of hands-on expertise in delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation therapy. She is certified and trained to operate four different models of TMS machines within Magstim and CloudTMS systems, enabling her to provide versatile and personalized treatment. Known for her strong bedside manner, compassion, and empathy, Kimberli is committed to supporting patients through every step of their treatment journey—from initial consultation to follow-up care. As one of the primary points of contact, she advocates for each patient’s well-being and believes in a whole-person approach to mental health care.
